What does “unlimited” graphic design mean?

It means exactly that. You can send as many design requests as you want. Just send them through and I will work my way through the list as quickly as I can. If you’re not happy with the designs, simply request changes, as many times as you like. I’’ll make the changes until you approve. No extra or hidden fees, caps or fine print. You pay the flat rate monthly fee, and that’s all.
Note: I am human! And I can only process so many graphic requests a day but I will try my best to get them done as quickly as possible for you.

How long does it take for design requests to be processed?

After design requests are submitted, turn around time for “standard” graphics such as single images or one page PDFs is typically 12-24 hours. Anything larger such as webpage designs or multi-page PDFs will take longer and I will advise on an estimated time. Revisions on graphics will also take 12-24 hours.

Who designs my graphics?

All your graphics will be 100% designed by me - Olivia Fleming. I’m a graphic designer from Melbourne, Australia with +10 years experience in graphic design.

What sort of designs can I request?

Anything you can imagine, I can create. As long as you can describe what you want through an email, wI’ll try and do it. There are certain design tasks that are outside the scope of my work, so for more information on what I can do, please visit the Terms & Conditions page.

How many revisions do I get?

Both my packages come with unlimited revisions on your graphic requests. If you’re not happy with what’s been created initially - no problem! I’ll re-create it!

How do I communicate with you?

The best way to communicate with me is through email. As soon as I have received your email, I will review and let you know if I have any questions. You are also more than welcome to call or message me during business hours any day of the week for anything complex or urgent!

Who owns the designs?

You own all rights and licenses to all designs created for you. If I use stock photos, you will also be granted license for that photo. However, materials you provide to me are assumed to be licensed and owned by you. If you provide me with unlicensed materials to use, then I will not be held liable for the rights of the final design. 

What counts as one design request?

For the unlimited package you don’t need to worry so much about what “counts” as one design request as I will service all your design needs. You are also more than welcome to send through multiple requests at once.

For the LITE package, one design request is a single graphic (e.g. a single Facebook Ad design, a 1-2 page PDF, a single blog image or a 1-2 sided flyer, just to give some examples). For more clarification or specific requests send me a message.

How many design requests can I send at once?

You can order as many designs as you like, however I am only human and can only work on one design at a time! While I’m waiting for your feedback on one design I’ll begin on another.

If I send through a web design, does this include coding/developing?

I will supply you with the final design files you need to get the web page coded /developed. I do not code or develop web pages myself.

What does it mean if I choose the LITE package and only get 20 requests a month?

The LITE package is designed for people and agencies that don’t need too many graphics each month. If you require a graphic every 1-2 days in your business or approximately 20 over the course of the month, then this is for you. For example, if you need 4-5 sets of Facebook ads designed each month then this is ideal.

What if I’m not happy with the design?

My goal is to give you a design that you are going to love. After the first design is submitted you will have unlimited design revisions or new versions. If you like what you see on my website there is a very high chance that you will love what I design for you. If you don’t love the design I’ll will keep revising it until you are happy with it… or I can start again!

Can I cancel my subscription?

If you are not happy with the designs I give you the option to have a new version designed is of course there. If you still decide that you definitely do not want to continue with me, then I will cancel your subscription. Note: I cannot refund for remaining days unused in the month.

What does the 7 Day Money Back Guarantee mean?

If after 7 days of using my service, you are not happy with the designs or any aspect of the service, you will receive a full refund. You cannot cancel after 7 days, and day one begins the day after your Welcome email is sent.  

What if I don’t have consistent design needs over the month?

It’s up to you how much work you send my way. If your needs change over time and you don’t have enough work for me, then you can cancel at anytime or down grade to the LITE package. I don’t roll over unused months to the next month so be sure to utilise what you are paying for. I don’t offer refunds on your unused time remaining for the month if you decide to cancel due to not needing my design service any more.
